• One inbox for both networks — comments and Instagram @mentions arrive as they are posted, with the author, the text, the time, and the post they belong to.

• A draft per comment — it reads the comment, writes the public reply, and adds a private message when the person asks about a price or a booking.
• You decide, always — Send both, Public only, Edit, or Skip. Nothing goes out on its own in this release.
• Editing teaches it — a correction before sending becomes a learning proposal, exactly like a message draft.
• Complaints come to you — a complaint raises an escalation with an apology draft attached rather than being answered automatically.
• It stays quiet when it should — your own comments, replies to your own replies, and spam never wake it.

• Top posts and audience hours — see what earned the numbers and when your audience is awake, then add those hours to your posting slots in one tap.
• Never a misleading zero — a number Meta has not computed or has not granted reads why it is missing, instead of showing nothing.
• A 90-day view that survives — Loquent keeps its own snapshots, so the history stays even though Instagram forgets after 90 days, and the tab keeps working when Meta is down.
