Your posts and comments, imported

A newly connected account used to start empty — no history, no numbers, nothing to look at. This release fills it in, and hands you a dial for how much of the answering your teammate does.

Your history comes in

• Import what you posted elsewhere — Facebook posts and reels and Instagram media from the last 90 days land in the Posts tab with their comments, covers and links back to the original.
• Choose how far back — 7, 30 or 90 days, so you can run a small test import or a full catch-up.
• Orphan comments find their post — a comment that arrived before its post was known re-links itself instead of reading “on a post outside Loquent”.
• History pages back — the newest hundred finished posts, with Show older posts to keep going.

Hand over the easy comments

• A dial per comment kind — turn automatic replies on one kind at a time, for your whole organization, with a read-back before anything is enabled.
• Complaints and mentions always wait for you — in every setting, no exceptions.
• Comment to direct message — move a public comment into a private conversation when that is the right place for it.

A Social area that looks like Loquent

• One frame for Posts, Inbox and Insights — the three tabs finally sit together instead of drifting apart.
• Real media everywhere — post tiles on the queue, author avatars and post thumbnails on every inbox row, one consistent network mark.
• Insights you can read at a glance — ranked top posts with a comparison bar, and a followers line that shows the trend.

Scheduling gets its own tab

• What fires next, and how the last one went — schedules leave the bottom of Triggers and become an area of their own, showing the next run, the last result and who set it.
• Run now — fire a schedule immediately without waiting for its slot.
• Describe it in a sentence — a builder drafts the schedule for you and previews real dates instead of showing a cron string.

Also in this release

• Facebook asks only for what it needs — the first connection requests the messaging permissions and nothing more; the social permissions are asked for from the Social area, when you actually want to post.
• Instagram DM history imports again — Sync conversations was silently bringing in nothing from Instagram. Requests now retry smaller until they fit, and a channel that genuinely fails is reported as failed.
