How it works

The routine keeps moving. Your judgment stays yours.

Wherever a customer shows up — a call, a text, a comment on your post, a form on your site — Loquent gathers their history, prepares the response and moves the next step forward. When the work reaches a decision only you should make, it pauses and asks clearly.

The live demo is available by call, text, and web chat — no account required.

“Maria is asking for an exception to the trip fee. Waive it for this repeat visit?”

One request, end to end

Four moves. Only one needs you.

The useful unit is not a message. It is a customer need carried through to a clear next step, without losing the story between screens.

  1. Text · arrives

Maria asks for a Saturday appointment.

Loquent connects the number to Maria’s existing Contact and reads the earlier call before preparing a reply.

  2. Teammate · drafts

A complete reply is waiting, not an empty inbox.

Suggest is the default: the teammate does the reading and writing, then waits for approval before anything is sent.

  3. Decision · escalates

The trip-fee exception comes back to the owner.

Instead of guessing, Loquent asks one plain-language question. The routine stays moving; judgment stays human.

  4. Follow-through · records

The reply goes out and the next step stays attached.

The decision, message, note, and follow-up remain with Maria’s Contact so the next conversation starts informed.

Suggest is the default

The work arrives already written.

A teammate reads the thread and prepares reply options. You can pick one, edit it, regenerate, dismiss it, or write your own. Nothing reaches the Contact until you approve it unless you deliberately switch that teammate to Autonomous.

The trust model

Autonomy is a dial, not a leap.

Every teammate starts in Suggest. When its work has earned trust, Autonomous lets confident replies go out without review. You can move it back at any time.

Suggest

It drafts. You send.

The safe default for learning the job, shaping the voice, and reviewing customer-facing work.

Autonomous

It sends when trusted.

An explicit, reversible choice for teammates whose routine work no longer needs your review.

One Contact history

The channel changes. The customer does not.

Calls, texts, email, chat, and social messages join one running conversation for the Contact. Notes, tasks, and decisions stay nearby, so the next reply begins with context instead of another introduction.

Setup

Brief the team like people.

The system is configured through the job you describe, the surfaces you switch on, and the authority you choose to grant.

01

Describe the job

Brief a teammate in plain language: what you handle, how you speak, and where it should ask first.

02

Switch on the surfaces

Connect the phone line, messaging, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, your website and your calendar — each one lands on the same customer record.

03

Review before you release

Watch the first drafts in Suggest, edit what needs shaping, and increase autonomy only when trust is earned.

Start with one real conversation. Build trust from there.

Request an invitation and we’ll learn what your business needs handled, where customers reach you, and which decisions should always stay with you.

Loquent is in closed alpha. The invitation list hears first as space opens.
