Lead ads answered, LinkedIn added
A Facebook or Instagram lead form now becomes a contact your teammate welcomes in minutes, and LinkedIn joins Facebook and Instagram in the same composer and queue.

Two channels arrive in this release. A lead who fills in a form on Facebook or Instagram used to be invisible to Loquent; now they become a contact and get an answer. And LinkedIn joins the composer you already use.
Lead ads, end to end
- A form submission becomes a contact — resolved on email and phone, so a returning lead lands on the record you already have instead of a duplicate.
- Your teammate welcomes them — woken with the form answers, replying over the channels its welcome settings allow. A lead arriving at 3 a.m. is answered like any other message, because a form submission is the customer reaching out.
- Turn it on, and see why it stopped — a settings panel to enable lead ads and name the first touch, and a plain-language state when Facebook has not granted lead access.
- Nothing lost to a bad moment — a failed read from Facebook retries on a rising ladder, and a repeated delivery never produces a second contact or a second welcome.
- Privacy kept — deleting a contact removes their lead answers, and a lead past Facebook’s 90-day window is closed and scrubbed.
LinkedIn Company Pages
- Connect a Company Page — a guided flow, a picker over the Pages you can post to, and a card that shows every state: connected, expiring, expired, or no admin Page.
- Publish from the same composer — a third channel chip, LinkedIn’s own 3,000-character limit, a “Customize for LinkedIn” text override, a LinkedIn preview and a published row that links to the live post.
- Expiry is visible before it bites — LinkedIn access lasts 60 days and does not renew itself, so the card counts down and asks for a reconnect well before a scheduled post can fail.
- Refusals name LinkedIn — a LinkedIn error says so and offers Reconnect, instead of a generic publish failure.
Also in this release
- First comments post again — the Facebook connection now asks for the two comment permissions it always needed, with an Enable comments action on the readiness card.
- Bulk sends keep the whole audience — a segment your teammate builds with filters is handed to a bulk send by reference. Lists past roughly fifteen contacts used to be silently cut short.
- Sharing a form works from your own chat — ask your teammate to send a form and it now picks the right one instead of guessing at a title.
- Scheduled work no longer stampedes — after a top-of-the-hour cluster exhausted the AI budget on 1 September, scheduled turns are now bounded and spread across five minutes, and a provider throttle retries instead of failing. Your displayed next-run times are unchanged.
