Calendar and social replies
A contact-linked calendar with reminders, teammates that reply in Instagram DM and Messenger, and new leads welcomed the moment a connection creates them.

Twenty-four changes shipped in this release. Calendar arrived as a module, the Meta channels went from watch-only to reply-capable, and a new contact created by a connection can now be picked up and welcomed without anyone touching it.
Calendar
Events are now a first-class record, tied to the people they involve.
- Create, edit, and delete events — from the interface or by a teammate, linked to one or more contacts, with as many reminders as the event needs.
- Month and agenda views — on desktop and mobile, updating live as events change.
- Reminders that reach you — due reminders fire through the notification system exactly once.
- On the contact — an upcoming block on the contact record; past events fold into the activity timeline.
- Task deadlines in view — task due dates appear on the calendar as read-only entries.
Intake and replies
- New-contact trigger — when a contact is created, its assigned teammate wakes up to pick it up. Exactly one teammate, never a broadcast.
- Per-connection defaults — a connection can stamp a default teammate and mode onto the contacts it creates. In Autonomous mode that teammate sends the welcome itself.
- Instagram DM and Messenger replies — teammates can now answer in-thread on both Meta channels. Suggest mode drafts for review, Autonomous mode sends, Off pauses, and the per-contact policy still wins. Before this, a teammate could read those channels but not answer.
Calls
- Recordings restored — dual-channel recordings from Twilio are detected correctly again, so they store, play, and transcribe. The pipeline also stopped abandoning transcription after a storage hiccup, and a recording is never deleted upstream before its copy is safely stored.
Reliability
- Faster, self-healing builds — a four-phase overhaul of the build and preview pipeline, plus an automatic sweep that reclaims abandoned preview environments and their databases.
- Documentation shipped with the features — the calendar module and the connection-driven intake behavior are documented for operators, not only for engineers.
