First AI Agents area, warm transfer
Every account gets a personal orchestrating agent that can create specialists, and the voice agent can brief a person before handing over a live caller.

Twelve changes shipped in this release. The first user-facing version of AI Agents arrived, and call hand-offs stopped being blind transfers.
AI Agents
A conversational layer where each person has their own agent that remembers them and can build purpose-made helpers.
- A personal orchestrator — provisioned automatically on every sign-up path, so everyone starts from the same place and it accumulates its own memory.
- Agents that create agents — the first platform-curated skills and the tools that let an agent create another one and manage its own memory.
- Chat with any agent — a full-height conversation with live updates, queued-message indicators, and collapsible tool-call cards.
- Browse and inspect — agents as cards with last activity and customization, a detail page showing persona, goals, tools, and skills, and the threads each one is running.
- Reliable delegation — the orchestrator now knows which agents it may call, a created agent resolves the right owner, and a specialist’s reply flows back to whoever asked.
Calls
- Warm transfer — instead of a blind redirect, the voice agent parks the caller, calls the destination and explains who is calling and why, then bridges them on accept. What gets said is configurable per agent, and cold transfer is unchanged.
- A caller is never dropped — if the transfer is declined, unanswered, or fails, the caller returns to the AI agent with the context of what just happened, and can ask for something else.
Fixes
- Correct return routes — checkout, billing portal, and social connection flows land on the right settings page again instead of bouncing to the default and losing their context.
