Tasks that close themselves
The AI can close a follow-up when the conversation shows it is done, every task carries a full history, and plan templates can answer from your knowledge bases.

Twenty-two changes shipped in this release. Tasks became both more transparent and more autonomous, plan templates gained access to your own documents, and contacts got a mobile-first rebuild.
Tasks
- The AI closes completed work — when a call or message makes it clear a follow-up is finished, the matching open task is checked off, with a short readable reason recorded.
- Full activity history — every task shows a newest-first timeline of who created, edited, completed, or reopened it, including field changes before and after.
- Reasons, not just changes — when the assistant changes a task it records why, and that reason appears in the history.
Plans
- Knowledge-aware templates — attach one or more knowledge bases to a plan template and the executor gains a read-only lookup scoped to exactly those bases, so answers come from your documents. Templates without bases behave exactly as before.
- Structured behavior fields — templates expose explicit behavior settings instead of relying on prose.
Contacts
- Mobile-first redesign — the contact list and detail hub were rebuilt for a clean, native-feeling experience on phones.
Configuration
- Storage and email domain in the admin System tab — file-storage credentials and the communication email domain are configurable in the interface, with masked secrets and a readiness indicator.
- Settings apply immediately — updated storage credentials take effect without a redeploy, matching every other live setting.
Web chat
- Embeds on third-party sites — fixed bare-domain origin rejection and made the embed snippet environment-aware, so the widget loads correctly wherever it is pasted.
Sign-in
- A friendlier Facebook consent screen — Facebook sign-in now asks only for name and email, so the consent dialog no longer requests business permissions.
