Thirty-seven changes shipped in this release. It is the point where Loquent started acting on its own: multi-step outreach sequences across text, call, and email, driven by AI, with approval control and visible reasoning.

Autonomous plans

  • Outreach sequences — define a plan template and let the executor schedule and send with full conversation context.
  • A campaign graph — the whole execution rendered as an interactive graph: every action, decision, and outcome, live.
  • Autopilot or approval — per plan, let actions run or pause for review before each outbound message.
  • Triggered or manual — plans start after a call or an inbound message, or by hand from a contact, with conditions filtering which events qualify.
  • Re-enrollment rules — decide whether a contact can enter the same template more than once, so nobody gets the same sequence twice.
  • Notifications — hear when a plan needs review, an action needs approval, or a reply wakes a waiting plan.
  • Resilient execution — if the primary model fails the executor retries with a fallback, and steps are scheduled one at a time so a plan can react to what happens in between.

Notifications

  • A notification center — an unread badge in the header, a scrollable panel, mark-all-read, and instant updates.
  • Branded email notifications — styled templates for call reports, plan updates, completions, and invitations.
  • Per-category preferences — choose in-app, email, or both, per category.
  • Rich call emails — contact name, phone label, full transcription, and analysis rendered readably.

Sign-in and roles

  • Sign in with Google — on login, signup, and invitation acceptance.
  • Custom roles — create, edit, and delete roles, assign specific permissions, and map them to members.
  • Role-aware invitations — pick the role when inviting; it applies when the invitation is accepted.

Telephony

  • Capture messages sent elsewhere — messages sent through your number from another platform now appear in Loquent instead of being logged as errors.
  • Faster history sync — parallel imports with live progress and automatic last-contacted updates.

Organization

  • Timezone — set the organization’s timezone and every timestamp adjusts, with daily reports sending in local time.
  • Default tags — new organizations start with a curated set of contact tags.
  • No duplicate numbers — the same phone number can no longer be attached to two contacts.
