Twenty-eight changes shipped in this release. Loquent became genuinely multi-channel: outbound calling from the browser, email alongside text, and a dashboard that reads across all of it.
Outbound calling
- Click to call — place a call from a contact profile or the messaging view, with real-time call controls in the browser. No separate phone system.
- Send and receive — outbound email with markdown rendering, inbound matched to the right contact automatically.
- Organization addresses — create and manage addresses on the shared domain from Settings.
- Pick the sender — a from-address selector when there is more than one.
- Plans can send email — autonomous plans use the organization’s address.
Dashboard
- Across every channel — metrics covering calls, texts, and email in one place.
- Faster — aggregation moved into the database instead of the browser.
- Cost and usage detail — token consumption, call minutes, and telephony spend broken down.
Plans
- Lifecycle controls — pause, resume, and stop a plan from its detail view.
- Filters — by state, template, contact, and time range.
- Choose the sending number — a template can specify which line its messages go from.
- Timezone-aware timestamps — shown in the organization’s timezone with the offset visible.
AI
- Swap models without a deploy — administrators change the model behind any feature area from the admin panel.
- Build analyzers in natural language — create and edit call analyzers by describing what to look for.
Members and permissions
- Redesigned member management — per-member phone assignment with richer profiles and visible roles.
- Number restrictions — control which lines each member can access.
- Scoped dashboards — role-based access to dashboard sections.
- Activity — see when each member was last active.
