Teammates remember everything
The 32-note memory cap is gone. A teammate keeps every note, brings the relevant ones into each reply, tidies up on its own, and every tidy-up is one tap to undo.

A teammate used to run out of room. Past 32 notes it started dropping what it knew, and every reply carried the same fixed set whether or not it mattered. This release rebuilds memory around one idea: keep everything, bring only what fits.
Memory without a ceiling
- Nothing is deleted — a teammate keeps every note it writes. “Delete” archives instead, merged notes stay recoverable, and only the Owner can purge for good.
- The right notes in every reply — pinned notes always ride along; the rest are chosen per message by how relevant and how durable they are, plus a few recalled by searching the whole store against what the Contact just said.
- Search, not scroll — a teammate can search its own memory mid-conversation. A note that gets recalled becomes more likely to come back next time.
- Background tidy-up — once a day, when a topic has actually grown, the teammate merges duplicate notes and retires stale ones. It keeps specifics word for word rather than blending rules into one long block.
- Undo a tidy-up — before a pass runs, the teammate saves a copy. You see “Restore the 30 notes saved 5 minutes ago” with both numbers read back before anything changes, and the restore is itself undoable.
- A cleaner Memory page — a counts line, local search, filters for All · In every reply · When relevant · Archived, a state chip on each note, and archive or restore without leaving read mode.
Hand-backs reach the right person
- Escalations go to the rep on the contact — when a shared teammate hands a conversation back, it now notifies the person actually working that Contact, not only the admin who owns the teammate.
- Stop chasing one Contact — a switch on the contact pill turns follow-up on or off for a single person. “I’ll handle this one personally” stops the reminders without silencing the teammate on inbound messages; turning it back on restarts the ladder with a three-day watch.
Thinking, measured honestly
- Reasoning tokens are no longer charged twice — they are part of output tokens and were being added on top. Credits now charge input and output only.
- Effort per trigger — a teammate can think Deep on scheduled runs and Light on inbound messages, set from the Thinking control on its Home tab.
