Two hundred and twenty-one changes shipped in this release — four weeks of work landing at once. AI teammates grew from a single assistant into a team that answers across every channel, remembers people, and learns from your edits. Loquent became a real phone system. Atriums, Files, Connections, and website capture arrived as new areas, and the whole product was rebuilt in the warm Aurora look.
AI Teammates
Teammates now do customer-facing work, not just answer questions in a console.
- Text replies went live — bind a phone number to a teammate and it handles incoming texts: replying itself in Autonomous mode, or drafting options for you in Suggest mode, always grounded in your business rather than generic prose.
- Memory that learns from you — teammates remember every contact across calls and texts and shape each reply with what they know. Learning proposes changes for approval instead of rewriting itself silently, and a brand-new contact’s history is caught up before the first reply.
- Bulk work in one sentence — ask for a follow-up across hundreds of contacts and a personalized draft is prepared for each, held behind a single approval, then sent exactly once, with a live progress card you can review, edit, or cancel.
- One brain everywhere — the operator console runs on the same teammate runtime, page-aware and with broader reach, and you can watch each thought and action stream in as it works.
- Shape what each teammate can do — switch tool families on and off, add reusable skills, set recurring or one-time schedules, and inspect or edit memory, in place or just by asking in chat.
- Knowledge and live web — teammates can answer from your knowledge bases and research the live web, each an opt-in capability per teammate.
- One dispatcher for every channel — texts, Instagram and Messenger messages, completed calls, and form submissions all route to the right teammate thread, with per-channel triggers deciding who handles what.
- Low-friction check-ins — when a teammate is unsure it asks through one tidy queue card, remembers your decision, and a per-teammate switch controls whether it pings you at all.
- Layered rules — non-negotiable rules compose platform-wide, per-organization, and per-teammate, with a Rules tab and a before-and-after audit of every change.
- Choose the model — pick which model powers each teammate from a catalog of models that can actually run an agent; changing it asks for confirmation.
- Team oversight — owners and supervisors get a view over every teammate: autonomy level, last activity, and pending escalations, with the ability to answer or steer any conversation.
Calls
Loquent became a full phone system rather than a voice add-on.
- Call in one tap from anywhere — from a contact, a call-history row, or inside a message thread, with a floating pill that follows you around the app.
- Choose who answers each number — AI first, your team first, or AI only. Team-first rings real cell phones with a press-1-to-accept screen and respects working hours, and the AI teammate always catches what nobody picks up.
- Answer inside Loquent — take calls on web or mobile with a full call screen and set yourself Available, Busy, or Away. Routing only rings people who are free, and your status tells the teammate whether to transfer or take a message.
- Front-desk handling — transfer to a person or an outside number, instantly or after a private word first; hand a caller over with a summary of what they need; park callers in a queue with hold music, position updates, and a spoken way out to leave a message.
- A live calls board — who is on the line, who is waiting, transfers in flight, today’s answered and missed counts, and which teammates are free, all updating live.
- Numbers from any country — a guided country-first search, plus regulatory addresses and compliance bundles submitted without leaving the app.
- Recording control — three independent switches for recording, transcribing and summarizing, and deleting the upstream copy afterward.
Atriums
A new way to turn one link into an immersive, interactive page that pitches the business and hands every lead to your team.
- Describe it and the Host builds it — tell the Host teammate what you want and it drafts the whole deck: slides, story, and questions, always as a draft for your review.
- Interactive questions inside the deck — single and multiple choice, star ratings, 1–10 scales, NPS, image picks, and text, so a visitor engages by tapping rather than filling in a form.
- Consent-aware sign-up — ask for details at the natural moment on a native sign-up slide, and choose which form, teammate, and phone number each page hands its leads to.
- Publish and share — a share link, a QR code, and embed code, with a per-page autonomy dial that decides whether the Host may tune the page itself.
- Preview and history — preview any draft or a proposed change side by side, and restore an earlier version in one tap.
- See how it performs — a per-slide drop-off curve pinpoints the weakest slide, with a response view, a fit score per lead, and answers flowing onto contact records.
Files
- A real home for every file — uploads, call recordings, and attachments in one organized area with a folder tree, preview, rename, move, download, and delete, on desktop and mobile.
- Filed automatically — every contact, product, and offer gets a folder that tracks its current name, and everything sent or received lands in the right place without anyone filing it.
- A Files tab on every contact — every recording, attachment, and upload for that person, each linking back to the call or conversation it came from.
- Private, revocable share links — share a file through a branded preview page and take it back the moment you are done.
Connections
- Contacts stay in sync — connect the tools you already use and let new contacts, edits, and removals carry across without copy-paste.
- Point-and-click mapping — a guided builder maps incoming data to Loquent fields, remembers your sample payload, validates before saving, and can fill custom fields and tag the source.
- Control over every sync — repeat deliveries are skipped, enabling a connection that can change or remove contacts requires written confirmation, and owners get a live log of every sync.
Website capture
- Branded intake forms — build and share forms that open on any phone with no login, in your colors, where every submission becomes a contact and notifies your team.
- Pre-filled personal links — send a contact a single-use link already filled in with what you know.
- One website tag — a single snippet embeds forms, tracks visits, recognizes returning contacts, captures leads from your existing forms, and runs web chat behind one consent gate; browsing, a form fill, and a chat collapse into one contact.
- An interest profile — the tag notes which pages a contact reads and what they click, and hands the teammate that profile before it replies.
- Gated pages — lock a page or a section behind a form; submitting unlocks the content, attaches earlier anonymous visits, and greets the visitor by name next time.
Messaging and email
- Email became a two-way channel — connect an inbox to a teammate and mail flows into the same per-contact conversation as text and web chat, with drafting or sending in either mode.
- Reply in-thread — replies thread under the original message in the recipient’s inbox instead of starting a new conversation.
- Every email wears your brand — logo, accent color, from-name, reply-to, signature, and footer, set once under Channels.
- One Channels area — phone, email, and social share a single top-level area instead of being buried in Settings.
- Attachments — attach an image or file to an outbound message and it files itself under the contact once sent.
- Opt-outs always honored — a contact who opts out of a channel is never messaged on it again; the composer disables and bulk sends skip them.
Contacts
- One contact per person — form, web chat, text, email, and call all resolve to a single record, so history and memory stay together and a teammate wakes up already knowing who is calling.
- Per-channel opt-out — contacts can opt out of any individual channel, STOP is honored automatically, and a Communication Preferences panel puts the switches in your hands.
- Filter by phone line — see only the people you have spoken to on a specific number, and scope a conversation to that line.
- Ask for a segment in plain words — describe the group you want and the teammate builds the list.
Web chat
- Powered by your teammate — the widget runs on the same teammate as every other channel, replying live or drafting for approval.
- Aurora redesign — suggested-reply chips after each answer, and an inline mode that embeds chat in the page instead of only as a corner bubble.
- Expand for focused chats — the corner chat opens into a centered dialog over a blurred page, one click each way.
- Analytics — a Website area brings the widget and forms together with sessions, messages, contact-collection rate, an engagement funnel, and per-widget stats.
- Returning visitors recognized — the widget picks up where a previous visit left off.
A warmer interface
- The Aurora redesign — paper-like surfaces, one coral accent, soft shadows, and gentle motion across every screen.
- Press ⌘K anywhere — jump to a screen, create something, or ask a teammate, from the keyboard, always respecting permissions.
- Consistent filtering and sorting — one Filters button opening a popover on desktop or a sheet on mobile, with an always-visible Sort.
- A calmer daily brief — Home and Insights open as plain-language reads: what needs you, what the team handled, what is next, and four business signals, with every chart one tap away.
- A public help center — documentation at docs.loquent.io walks through every part of Loquent in plain language.
Reliability
- Encrypted off-site backups — taken around the clock, with a fresh snapshot captured before every release ships.
- Guarded deploys — publishing a release deploys to production only after that snapshot is taken, pinned to the exact release version.
- Early access — an account setting to opt into new capabilities as they roll out, and to switch them back off.
