Hosted Pages and contact-aware plans

Ask a teammate for a landing page and publish it yourself, see every scheduled follow-up on the contact, and send product images on any channel.

  • scheduling
  • messaging
  • products

Fifteen changes shipped in this release. The headline is Hosted Pages: describe the page you want, your teammate writes the draft, and you decide whether it ever goes live. Scheduled work also became contact-aware, and product images can now travel with an outbound message.

Hosted Pages

Put a real page on the web — a promotion, an event, a service explainer — without a website builder or a developer.

  • Describe it, review it, publish it — ask a teammate for the page in plain language and it writes the draft. The drafting tool can never publish on its own; that stays a human action.
  • Preview before anyone sees it — unpublished drafts get a private, no-index preview link.
  • Revise in place — “make the headline bigger” edits the existing draft instead of rebuilding it, because the teammate reads the current page before changing it.
  • Your own public address — every workspace gets an editable handle that anchors the address of its published pages.
  • Publish, revoke, delete — a Pages tab in the Website area handles the whole lifecycle, phone-first, with the live URL read back for copying.
  • Served in isolation — published pages come from a separate cookieless host with strict security headers, so page content can never reach your Loquent session.

Scheduled work that knows the contact

Scheduled follow-ups used to live with the teammate that created them. Now they live with the person they concern.

  • Schedules attach to a contact — a scheduled operation can be tied to a specific person and carry the teammate’s own notes about why it exists.
  • Conflict awareness — before scheduling a follow-up, a teammate can see what else is already pending for that contact, so nobody gets two versions of the same nudge.
  • A Scheduled section on the contact — everything queued for that person, across every teammate, with enable, disable, and delete controls on desktop and mobile.

Messaging

  • Product and promotion images — teammates can attach images from your catalog to outbound messages on SMS/MMS, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger. Attachments are copies, so a message you already sent does not change when the catalog does.

Security

  • Uploaded files always download — non-media files are served as downloads rather than rendered inline on every file route, closing a stored cross-site-scripting path.
