Contact Pulse and sealed credentials

Seventeen changes shipped in this release. Contact Pulse gives every contact a live temperature and tells you who to answer first, stored credentials are now sealed at rest, and importing message history from Meta went from a coffee break to about a minute.

Contact Pulse

A read on where each customer stands, without opening the thread.

• Sentiment and interest scoring — an automatic five-point sentiment with a trend, plus a 0–10 interest score computed from the contact’s real activity.
• Visible where you work — a score chip in the contact header and a pulse card with gauge and trend in the sidebar and the mobile Info tab.
• The reasoning, not just the number — an Insights tab shows sentiment history, contributing factors, and the signals that were cited, with a manual re-read.
• Sort and filter by temperature — a pulse pill on contact and conversation rows, a “hottest first” sort, and a pulse-band filter.
• Start here — a shortlist of engaged contacts waiting on a reply, surfaced on the contact list, the dashboard, and the morning briefing.

Channels and messaging

• Incremental, resumable Meta sync — history import became a per-page pipeline with a “last 90 days or everything” choice, replacing a single all-or-nothing job.
• Correct imported history — fixed wrong last-contacted times, missing Instagram identity, internal source labels leaking into the interface, and blank media rows. Re-syncing repairs existing data.
• Per-contact channel availability — a Channels card shows which channels can actually reach this person, with one-tap compose.
• WhatsApp visibility — a connected organization with a live inbound thread now shows WhatsApp even when an internal registration flag has drifted.

Teammate capabilities

• Async work inside one turn — a teammate can start a long-running job with a connected tool, wait for it, and save the result to its own workspace without losing the thread.
• A wait capability — an opt-in tool lets a teammate pause between polls instead of spinning.
• One-button connect — connecting a tool server now infers sign-in style from the form instead of asking you to pick between two buttons, with clearer errors when sign-in fails.

Reliability and security

• Credentials sealed at rest — platform-level secrets and per-organization Twilio and WhatsApp credentials are now encrypted at rest.
• WhatsApp disconnect fix — disconnecting a number could silently fail and strand it; disconnects are now claimed unambiguously and recover on their own.
