Eight changes shipped in this release, aimed at finding things quickly: filtering call history properly, scanning tasks at a glance, and a live connection that repairs itself instead of leaving you stale.

Call history filters

  • Search by number or name — narrow results as you type.
  • Direction and line — inbound or outbound, on a specific phone line.
  • Time and duration — a date range and a minimum duration.
  • Recordings only — show just the calls that have one.
  • Large volumes handled — history sync runs in the background with bounded memory and safe recovery of stalled recordings.

Call analysis

  • Analyzers see the person — the caller’s identity, company, summary, and memory notes accompany the transcript, so the analysis is about a relationship rather than an anonymous audio file.

Tasks

  • A table on desktop — dense and scannable, with cards preserved on mobile.
  • Expand in place — open a task inside a contact’s tab without leaving the page.
  • Links to the contact — from both the list and the detail view.
  • Due-date filtering — a time range selector with presets and friendly relative labels.
  • Filters and sorting — by category, status, and source, with dismissible chips.
  • Targeted reminders — a reminder reaches the assigned member rather than the whole organization.

Plans

  • A structured table — title, status, contacts, actions, autopilot, and created date, matching the calls and contacts patterns.
  • Approvals at the top — plans awaiting approval group above the rest with inline approve and reject.

Reliability

  • Connections that recover — realtime and assistant connections reconnect automatically after a network drop or a tab switch, with a banner explaining the state instead of silence.
