Thirty-six changes shipped in this release. Most of it runs while nobody is watching: a report written overnight, memory kept current from conversations, and follow-ups surfaced without anyone asking.
Daily reports
- Choose the sources — calls, messages, tasks, and contacts, in any combination.
- Write the brief yourself — a custom prompt sets the tone and focus to match how your team works.
- Test before enabling — run the prompt against yesterday’s data and read the result first.
- Kept — every generated report stays available in a reports section.
Message analysis
- Memory stays current — hourly analysis updates contact memory with structured sections: relationship, communication style, preferences, situation, and pain points.
- Follow-ups extracted — tasks pulled from conversations and assigned to the contact’s owner.
- Scoped rules — five configurable areas covering the assistant, voice agents, reply suggestions, memory updates, and task creation.
- On demand — trigger analysis manually from the contact list.
Multiple organizations
- One login, several businesses — belong to more than one organization and switch from the sidebar.
- Join without re-registering — an existing user invited to another organization verifies their password and joins.
- Land where you left off — sign-in routes to the most recently active organization.
Calls
- Recording is a choice — a per-organization toggle to enable or disable recording.
- Cleanup after processing — recordings are removed upstream once uploaded and transcribed.
- Richer context on the line — the voice agent receives the caller’s number, local time, business description, services, and operating hours.
Saved filters
- Named presets — save the filters you use and apply them in one click across contacts, plans, and messaging.
- A unified panel — presets and controls together, with collapsible sections, active counts, and per-section reset.
- A better date picker — a dual calendar with range highlighting that works on a phone.
Messaging and contacts
- AI-composed indicator — a marker on messages the AI wrote, showing which feature composed them, with a dashboard card summarizing the share.
- Sender attribution — every outbound message records which member triggered it.
- Reorder custom fields — drag and drop the field definitions into the order that suits your business.
- Normalized numbers — phone numbers are stored in one canonical format, preventing duplicate contacts during sync.
Security
- Cross-tenant issues closed — vulnerabilities patched in the knowledge and phone modules, with ten modules reviewed and hardened.
- Faster queries — repeated per-row lookups eliminated across knowledge, phone, and settings.
