The daily briefing
- What needs you, written out — missed calls, overdue tasks, and unanswered messages summarized with action buttons that handle them on the spot.
- A deeper read on request — a detailed mode investigates the contacts involved and links directly to what it mentions.
- Ready before you arrive — briefings generate early each morning in local time, skipping accounts with nothing to report.
Agent activity
- A live banner in the conversation — when an agent is working a contact, everyone on the team sees it between the feed and the composer.
- State-aware — the banner says whether the agent is executing, paused, or waiting for input, and links to the plan.
Notifications
- Targeted call alerts — notifications go to the contact’s assignees and the number’s assignees, with owners as the fallback, instead of everyone in the organization.
Contact enrichment
- Fuller profiles from calls — an unknown caller now yields company, job title, preferred language, timezone, pipeline stage, and a summary, rather than just a name and email.
