One trip to your DNS provider

Connecting a domain used to mean two visits to whoever runs your DNS. Now it is one.

Custom domains, in a single pass

• Both records at once — the record that proves the domain is yours and the record that makes your page load on it appear together, each labelled with what it does.
• The Cloudflare warning — if your DNS is on Cloudflare, the second record has to stay DNS only. A proxied record breaks the connection silently, and Loquent now says so before you make that mistake.
• Live in under two minutes — with both records already in place, the certificate is issued almost immediately instead of waiting for the next check.
• “Still setting up” — a domain you started and did not finish stays listed with its records, an ownership check you can run on the spot, and Finish setup once it passes. Closing the dialog no longer loses your place.
• Clearer steps — the trail now reads Your domain → Add the records → Connect, and the last step confirms rather than asking for something new.

Guided onboarding

• The engine behind a set-up-for-you organization — research that turns a business name or website into a filled-in profile, hours, catalog, first knowledge base and one teammate in Suggest mode, with prices and legal details held back for the owner to confirm.
