Manage skills by asking

• Edit a skill by asking — reword or tighten a skill’s title, description or body from the assistant, with a preview you approve before anything is written. Gated on your permissions; platform skills stay read-only.
• Assign to several teammates at once — one request puts a skill on any teammate you manage, up to 25 at a time.
• Teammates resolve by name — “put this on Sofía and Henry” works without pasting ids.
• Long playbooks are no longer cut short — a document a teammate re-reads mid-conversation is carried whole across turns, so it never silently follows half a playbook.

Follow-ups reach everyone

• The whole audience — “tag everyone I texted yesterday” now tags, notes or schedules against every Contact the send actually reached, instead of the first few dozen.
• Report on who a send reached — contact search can filter by a send, so a delivered audience can be listed, exported or written to a file.
• Honest before release — asking for a follow-up while drafts are still unreleased reports “0 sent so far” rather than acting on nobody.

WhatsApp Business app coexistence

• Bring your contacts and chats across — connecting an existing WhatsApp Business app now requests your contacts, and optionally your chat history, exactly once.
• Honest sync status — Channels → WhatsApp shows pending, failed and phone-declined outcomes instead of silently retrying something that is only safe to ask for once.

Call transcription

• Gemini 3.5 Transcribe — a fourth transcription option: speaker labels, 85+ auto-detected languages, and transcripts that arrive punctuated with fillers removed. Opt-in; the default is unchanged.
• Custom vocabulary applies alongside speaker labels — it was previously dropped on every diarized recording.
