A private word with your teammate

You’re reading a conversation and there’s something your teammate should know — the rate to quote, a detail about this person, “don’t mention the promotion yet.” None of it belongs in front of the contact. This release gives the compose bar a second destination. The rest of the release makes Meta ads accountable for the leads they bring in, and finishes the job of making every screen in Loquent update the moment something changes.

A private word with your teammate

• Type @ to reach them — a leading @ in the message box flips the destination from the contact to the teammate handling them. A picker opens, the card turns green, and a line above the box reads Only your team can see this — nothing is delivered. The destination resets after every send, so there’s no mode to forget you’re in.
• It remembers what you told it — a private aside is kept with the contact, so the teammate carries it into every later conversation with that person, on every channel.
• A private answer stays private — the teammate answers you in the same private lane. An aside can never pressure it into messaging the contact instead, and it always knows the difference between the contact’s words, your public replies, and your private instructions.
• You can see what it will do — while you’re addressing your teammate, a line above the box says what happens next: it’s paused, it will draft for you, or it will reply on its own.
• A lane of its own — private messages sit in an inset lane headed Between you and your team, visibly distinct from anything the contact saw.
• A mis-send guard — if the last thing in the thread is your teammate’s private message and you reply without the @, Loquent stops once and reads back where the message is going.
• Contact view — a toggle on the thread that answers “what did this contact actually see?”, with a marker where private messages are hidden.
• Hand the wheel back in a sentence — Over to you or Take it from here in an aside releases the conversation back to your teammate.

Meta ads get credit

DMs that start from a Messenger or Instagram ad now carry their origin, land on the right contact, and become real leads — with no new Meta permissions required.

• Every ad-originated DM knows its ad — so you can see which campaigns start conversations, and which of those conversations get replies.
• No more duplicate contacts — the email and phone from an ad’s lead form are read from the opening message and matched to the contact you already know, so a returning person never gets a second record.
• Form answers become a lead — the answers a person gave in the ad are captured on the contact, ready for your CRM, rather than lost when Meta deletes them after 90 days.
• Past duplicates repaired — contacts created from earlier ad DMs are folded back into the people they really were.

Live, everywhere

The August 14 release made the app catch up when you came back. This one makes it update while you watch.

• Notifications, conversations and the composer go live — a teammate files a task mid-conversation and the open thread shows it; a takeover flips the composer’s target without reopening; a new notification lands without a tab switch.
• Dashboard, drafts and memory too — dashboard outcomes, pending drafts, a teammate’s memory and contact enrichment all update as they happen.
• Hosted pages, voice teammates and phone numbers — all live, and editing a voice teammate someone else just changed now shows a conflict banner instead of silently losing one of the edits. The last polling loop in the app is retired.

Contacts and inbox

• Grouped contact filters — the filter panel mirrors your organization’s field groups as collapsible sections, with badges that show where your active filters live.
• A faster inbox at scale — loading more contacts fetches only the new page, and a single failed chunk no longer degrades the whole list.
• Home loads in one trip — the briefing and every band on the Home screen load together instead of through nine separate requests.

Teammates

• Your explicit asks go through — a send you request from the console is no longer vetoed by a takeover or the Suggest setting; those gates constrain the teammate’s own initiative only.
• Teammates that can’t get stuck — the contention that could freeze a teammate’s turn for hours is fixed at the root, and any turn that overruns its ceiling is reported rather than silently waited on.
