A mobile app that feels native
Bottom tabs, real page transitions, swipe actions, and mobile sheets across the app, plus a one-click setup when a channel has no text agent yet.

Two changes shipped in this release, both substantial. The mobile app stopped feeling like a website in a shell, and AI suggestions stopped failing silently when a channel had nothing set up.
Mobile
The phone experience was rebuilt for people who run their business from it. Desktop is untouched.
- Bottom tab navigation — a persistent five-tab bar on the main lists with a frosted surface and safe-area padding; less-used destinations live in a swipe-down sheet.
- A real back button — one sticky header with a left chevron, an optional avatar, and a right action slot, wired so every detail view picks it up. Android’s hardware back and iOS swipe-back both work.
- Native transitions — direction-aware push and pop animations driven by how deep you are, cross-fades between tabs, sheets sliding up from the bottom, and instant swaps when reduced motion is on.
- Touch targets, safe areas, gestures — minimum tap sizes throughout, pull-to-refresh on calls, messaging, and tasks, and swipeable rows for completing or deleting a task and marking a notification read.
- No blank screens — shared loading, empty, and error states applied across every list.
- Filters and dates on a phone — filters open as a bottom sheet with a drag handle, and the date range picker fits the screen instead of scrolling sideways.
AI suggestions
- Set up without leaving the conversation — when a contact’s channel has no text agent linked, the panel offers a picker and a single button that links the agent and generates the first reply in one step.
- A path for a brand-new organization — with no text agents at all, the panel points to creating the first one.
- Honest empty and error states — an empty result says so with a retry, and a real failure surfaces a message instead of disappearing.
