Credit packs and clearer usage
Every organization always sits on a plan, owners can buy credit packs themselves, and the cycle usage card finally adds up correctly.

Three changes shipped in this release, all polish on the billing work from earlier in the week: nobody hits a plan wall, topping up no longer needs a conversation, and the usage card tells the truth.
Billing
- Always on a plan — every new organization is subscribed to a permanent free plan at signup, and a cancelled paid plan drops back to it rather than leaving the account in limbo.
- Buy credit packs yourself — owners see the configured packs with price and credit amount, buy through checkout, and land back with the credits applied and the purchase listed. People without billing rights see the catalog with an explanation instead of a dead button.
- A usage card that adds up — the current-cycle card now reflects all three credit pools and shows credits used, included, and purchased side by side, with a note breaking out the split once purchased credits have been spent.
