Mobile-first, filters, and rules

Two releases in two days: a mobile-first pass over every screen with infinite scroll and unified contact filters, then organization-level assistant rules.

  • contact-filters
  • messaging
  • assistant

Twenty-six changes across two releases in two days. The first finished the mobile-first pass and unified how filtering works; the second gave the assistant organization-level rules and sharper caller context.

Mobile and layout

  • Every screen audited — comfortable touch targets, layouts that adapt, and tap-friendly alternatives wherever a hover was required.
  • Sidebar navigation — reorganized into labeled groups with a mobile drawer.
  • Settings and admin — fully responsive, with addressable tabs and phone management consolidated onto one page.
  • Correct viewport height — mobile browser chrome no longer cuts off the bottom of the app.

Infinite scroll

  • Incremental loading — messaging, calls, plans, tasks, and notifications load as you scroll, with faster first paint and lower memory use.
  • Older messages on demand — message history loads as you scroll up.

Contact filtering

  • One filter bar everywhere — search, sort, tags, status, and custom fields, with a compact popover for narrow sidebars.
  • Every custom field type — number, date, email, and URL fields became filterable, completing the set.
  • Consistent across views — the contact list, the messaging sidebar, and assignments all use the same filters.

Messaging

  • A compact compose bar — a single-row bar replacing the tall multi-row layout, with routing controls behind a chip and drawer.
  • A default sender — the composer uses the member’s default number instead of asking every time.

The assistant

  • Organization rules — define rules in Settings that are injected into every AI interaction, with a dedicated tab and admin gating.
  • Caller context toggle — turn contact injection off for anonymous or public lines.
  • Leaner context — agents receive the contact’s name and curated memory notes instead of every annotation, which improved both cost and personalization.

Accounts

  • More than one owner — organizations can have several owners, with safe promotion and demotion and a guard against removing the last one.
